We accept Cash, Check or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover), if you opt not to use your insurance.  Most patients choose to pay directly for care, as their insurance coverage often limits there care and treatment options.

Health-Savings Accounts (HSAs)

Many companies/businesses offer HSAs to employees.  HSA cards are accepted at the clinic as chiropractic care is reembursable under most HSA plans.  A "super-bill" of the services performed will be provided to you for you documenation required for reembursement.

Insurance

We are an in-network provider with Medica and Preferred One.  We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury and most health insurance plans (even if out-of-network), including Medicare. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call the "member" phone number on your insurance card to find out your coverage.
